Hate is rage, and a certainty that your way of thinking is right, and that another way of thinking is threatening your own. Hate has inherent in it FEAR, and adrenelin.
I do grapple with the feeling of surviving family members of loved ones who have been violated or murdered. How is it that they avoid being comsumed by hate? How do they rise above that natural inclination to hate?
