Can anyone give me some info on working for Guitar Center?

I am in the NW Indiana region. There are openings for sales associates. If you've worked for a Guitar Center, or know someone who has, I'd like to know the average hourly pay and commission percent. Any info is much appreciated.

A number of years ago I applied for a job there. I found the questions on their application too intrusive. One of them was something like "if you knew that another employee was using drugs would you report him?" I think that's a lousy thing to ask someone. After I applied a manager called me and said, "can you be here for an interview in one hour. I said no but I could come later or tomorrow. He never called back, thank god.
