I bought a second hand moped and was wondering when it was manufactured. It is a Piaggio Super Bravo.?

It is a one speed....black with orange trim. I am in Europe. It doesn't go full speed--what can I do so that it goes as it should?

well it was probably made in italy (although piaggio has plants in other places) If you live in europe, then there are scooter stores everywhere. go find a piaggio dealer and have them fix it.
