They are both totally hot!!!
I really like both of their songs and they both have the best dance moves and both have gorgeous smiles!
Its soooo hard, but if i HAD to choose, i would say Usher. But only because he has been around for longer and because anyone can dance to Ushers songs (not that u cant dance to Chris Brown) I just think that Usher also appeals to people who dont necessarily like R&B/Rap music
Both they are both really talented (and sexy) artists!

I luv Usher's music I really do, but I heard he was bi so i would choose Chris Brown.

CHRIS BROWN ALL THE WAY!!!! omg, he is soooo FINE! have you seen that smile and those dimples? OMG! who could resist that? lol...i mean c'mon who couldn't agree with me? and then he's MULTI-talened! he can sing, dance, and play sports! and then he has a good personality and sense of humor! and great charisma! i love that! and he has charm and enthusiam! and he seems really goofy and likes to play around...that's a PLUS! and he's young! like me! and OH SOOO FRESH! lol...i can go on and on, but i guess i'll stop right here...lol...well now ya know i LOVE me some Chris Brown!!!! :-)
