If it is the Hulk from the movie, and the Spiderman from the movie, then the Hulk would win, nothing can break through his skin, and the more angry he gets, the bigger and stronger he gets. Spiderman almost died from the bad guy in the movie. Do you remember when the Hulk ripped that monster dog in half? That's all he has to do to Spiderman, grab him and rip his body in half. Spidermans web would not work because the military foam that they sprayed on the Hulk could not even hold him. Definately the Hulk.

I think it would depend on what incarnation of the hulk Spidey was up against. If it were classical green stupid hulk, my money is on spidey, he will out wit the big lug.
If it were the Grey hulk, or the new green hulk with Bruce Banners intellect spidey man is going to get splatted.
Now if it is cosmic Spiderman, no version of the hulk will be able to beat cosmic spidey.

Scenario 1: Spiderman entangles Hulk in a web he can't break and hangs him from a bridge.
Spidey Wins!
Scenario 2: Spideys webs don't do S*&!, And Hulk picks up Spidey and launches him to death.

Superman, easily. Nothing can stop him but Kryptonite and the hulk is too stupid to bring it to a fight. besides, can the Hulk fly? Not! Superman would tear The Hulk a new asshole. One thing always did bother me in the old black and white Superman episodes. The crook would empty his pistol into Superman's chest, and he'd stand there and take it like a champ. But when the crook threw the gun at him Superman would dodge it - why?
