When you are young, you shouldn't need to eat anything in particular to make your memory strong. You naturally have a good memory.
If you tell yourself that you don't have a good memory, you won't have. The mind is very literal, like a computer. So try telling yourself you have a good memory. That's all you have to do.
I don't think that any of the foods you mention have anything that will help your memory - but if you want to choose one, then choose milk, because it is very good for you.
For some people, chocolate can make skin problems worse (I know this is very unfair as chocolate is so delicious!!)
Honey is better for you than chocolate. So my advice is, eat lots of fresh fruit with milk and honey, and you will be a lovely healthy girl!!

Looking for magic foods? There are lots of purported memory foods and substances, ginko, guarana, cayenne pepper, tumeric, caffeine, milk, various teas, B vitamins...
You just have to eat well, not too much, not too often, not too few meals or too many...this too depends on you.
You have to exercise, not too much too soon, nor too little.
None of the three things you listed will necessarily help you more than the other. Life and health is about a balance of things.
You have to eat with balance, exercise with balance, remember to breathe and stretch, and cultivate a sensibility that takes stressful events in stride. Organize your mind and surroundings.
All of those things will contribute to a healthy memory.
Oh, and try not to age.
