zen, or xen, is japanese for sitting. it's a rigid form of buddhism that originated in japan. by rigid I mean that they restrict themselves of worldly comforts and meditate long hours in the lotus position contemplating zen koans such as "what is the sound of one hand clapping?" meant to drive their mind to the brink of thought and into the infinite perception of all things.

Zen is denial of everything.......especially self/ego.
What cannot be denied and "erased/ignored" is left as real.
What is real is denied.........again...........cleansed/purified.
Then denied.
Reality will exist, or not...............with us or without us......
