hell yea, and this is coming from a woman. Sex b4 sleep is always the best. well that is if its done right but 9 out of 10 yes u will sleep like a baby.(when they dont wake up every other hour lol)

After my husband and I make love he falls asleep instantly, and sleeps great.. so it may work for you.... and don't say bone! it sounds too high school-ish
