I am a 25 year old college graduate living in NYC, I grew up in Georgia, but don't necessarily want to move back there. does anyone have any suggestions on good cities for young educated black people?

First you need to compaire job oppertunties in different cities before choosing one. Make sure your career will sail in the city you are considering.
I have lived in a few major cities over the years. I found that Pittsburgh Pa. is one of the nicest overall. It seems like everytime I go there I make a new friend no matter what I do.
I have never had any problems with racism there either. In fact Black Pride flies high in the Burgh.
Pittsburghers also take pride in thier football team. You can feel the energy and excitement.
The night life is great. Not to mention all the other endless things to do there.
Even though I do not live in Pittsburgh anymore, I visit as much as I can.

Oxford in England is a great place if you don't mind a lot of rain. The racial thing is nearly nill there. If you must remain in the U.S. I'd recommend Sacramento Ca. In the mix economically and politically, yet doesn't have that big city feel unless you're right downtown.

Any city you want to move to!! I live in Chicago and I may be a little bit biased but I think its the most fantastic city in the world to live in. You should give it a try!!!
