Your local rec center. There will be places to shoot around alone, or play with different types of competition. Also try renting a couple of basketball tip dvds from your local blockbuster if you need induvidual skill improvement.

Listennnnnnnnn.... Ok now that i got yo ear. Work on your game. Like do 100 lay-ups to one side and 200 lay-ups to your weak side. Practice the 10 to 15 foot shoot that has to be down pack. Some people say shooting around is a waste but if you take game shoots like shoots you will get in a game not shoots from behind the back, eyes close, or from half court. Practice dribbling without looking at the ball. I would say run but i know some great players who are out of shape, but a quick player is real hard to stop. So why not run and workout. Strong and quick players can really dominate a court. All last Find a court in your town or city where you know there will be real good players and go play. Even if you get killed its the only way you will get better if you play with players who can.I ball to I'm trying to get stronger and faster because i got most of everything down but I'm a lil guy and need to work harder because of that. So if you lil i really recommend getting faster and stronger.

Jordan's video is awesome, real low budget production but he teaches the jab step and the trun around J perfect. He also teaches the defensive stance.
