The Gundam series is better since Voltron was a mash of two different animes. Aside from that fact, the Gundam series has a lot more shows to offer and is more realistic as people fight against each other based on their beliefs and not against unrealistic "evil aliens".

I grew up with Voltron and only seen short clips of Gundam. So I would say Voltron is better.

I have not seen Gundam but I have to go with voltron. I loved that cartoon when I was a kid. I was so in love with Lance and Sven. I wished they were real! They both were in the red lion in different series. I remember keith was in the black lion, princess was in the blue lion, hunk was in the yellow lion, pidge was in the green lion. I can still picture the yellow lion coming up from the desert, the blue lion coming up from the water, the red lion coming up from the volcano, and the black lion coming out of the castle...although I can't remember where the other lions came from. Can you tell I was a fan of the show!

i'm voting for Voltron... although i get it confused a LOT with thundercats... but that's just me :)
