I wouldn't have an abortion, pay for one or agree with one.

But I think everyone have the right to make the decision. Then you deal with God later, if you believe in it.

The bottom line of an abortion is a dead baby. Just because we are women doesn't give us the right to kill babies, in the name of "It's our bodies". There are altenatives, "choices", such as preventing pregnancy in the first place...don't even bring up rape caused pregnancies, the numbers there don't add up to anything significant, and even if that is the case, the baby is innocent. Another alternative is adoption...what a beautiful option, my husband and I adopted 2 children ( and not just newborns ). Lots of good people would love to have the opportunity to raise a child they could adopt.
I believe women in the state of an unwanted pregnancy should accept their womanhood and decide on the side of life. Who knows, that unplanned baby may turn out to be a President, or the next Dali Lama, or the great joy of your life.

A persuasive essay isn't about reiterating what other people have said about abortion.

There are no new arguments for abortion and the lines are perfectly drawn. You just need to know how you personally feel about the issue and argue your point.

THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG.

Each case is different....sometimes abortion is the right option for you and sometimes it's not. I don't think people should judge women who have abortions until they are in that situation! Birth control is not 100%. There are already way too many children sitting in orphanages feeling unloved, unwanted (like damaged goods)! I would rather have never existed than to feel that way!

The best persuasive essays not only inspire emotion, but also have facts to back up their points. A great website I used for my essays is www.gale.com/OpposingViewpoints

my view is,

every women's body is her body - only she has the right to choose what she does with it. If she wishes to have an abortion, then she should be allowed to.

Pro-choice: They are right because they believe it's each woman's choice, since it's their body.

Pro-life: They are right because they believe the unborn child is truly a life already, and that it deserves to live.

It all depends on the way you look at it. No one is anti-choice, or pro-death.
