People always ask "How you doin'" and they don't even expect a awnser. They may say it and keep walking. Why can't they just say "hello" or "hi" instead of "how you doing"? "Hello" and "How you doing? is not the some thing. One is declarative and one is interrogitive. Doesn't this urk you?

I guess... Sometimes, "How you doing" is just a greeting like how "Whats up?" is even though it too is also the same thing. Think about it! *swish*

um, don't you have anything better to do than to be irked by that? You need a life. By the way, your id name is smartgirl??? You might want to reconsider that. Unless you are saying it sarcastically. Judging by what type of questions you've decided to answer, by no stretch of the imagination should you consider yourself to be smart. Especially if you're irked by people greeting you with "how are you doing"

no, if it is a repeat offender, next time just response with "do you really care?" if they don't they will admit it, and if they do they will listen.
