this guy i've been talking too wants me to visit him in africa for the summer what should i do?

i'm not blind stupid or crazy when i put this question on the site h wants me to come visit him i never said i would and yes i've seen his face and heard his voice so i know who he is was just trying to get someone else's opinion

i feel that, that's quite a big move, and some serious consideration is in order. no matter how far away he is... Think. Make the List! pros and cons! when all is said and done; there is only two things to consider... what do you have to gain by going there and just leaving your life behind for the summer; really giving away alot of control over to someone else ( do you know them that well???? ) or how much better will it be if you stayed? i mean what do you know about africa? what do you know about their customs?? what are you willing to give up; to experience the much of a change??? decisions, decisions, decisions. think it through first! there is alot at stake here!! impulse is great!! if it's safe!!!! is it safe?? is it really going to be that good for you to uproot yourself and really become a different person??? when in rome; do what the romans do! that's a saying. think about it carefully!!! please!!!!

It's dangerous enough to visit someone you don't know well that lives in the same state, forget Africa. You don't know if your rights will be respected in another country if he does something malicious to you. Worse, you could end up dead.

I talk on a regular basis with many people online and there's only a *very* select few I'd even consider visiting (basically because I know who they are). To most I'd have to say "Sorry. No can do." You have to weigh your risks.

I don't know who *you* are. But I hope you stay out of harms way, whichever choice you make.

Key Words TALKING TO and AFRICA, you don't know this person very well and your going to leave the country....not a good idea unless you want to end up on the today show and good morning America as a missing person...Is this some chat room romance? NO NO NO TELL HIM TO COME HERE and be around family and friends

dont go, it's not worth it plus... you have no idea whats gonna happen once you get there. If you do decide to go however bring a friend with you that u know for sure you can rely on in a tight spot
