Advertising..They key is when a website have a certain amount of visitors that come to their website..A particular audience..With hundreds and thousands of clicks a day..Especially yahoo, probably millions.
They are justified of charging those that want to advertise on their site because of the amount of traffic they have coming to their site daily. Millions and millions are seeing their advertising..Some just advertise for branding purposes..
