I like liquid because it stays on longer pencil runs and smears. But you can put liquid on top and pencil on bottom and that will look good too. Try not to buy the cheap make up. A lot of people will recommend Mary Kay but it is so expensive Avon has good products and they always have sales on make up.

I prefer pencil because it's easier to apply in the morning when I am in a rush. Also I always end up blinking and smudging with liquid. Sometimes I wet an eyeliner brush, dip it into a dark eyeshadow, and apply it as a liner.

You have more control with pencil because it is not as messy so I say pencil. But, if you want the winged look you have to use liquid for definition and detail.

If you want a more dramatic look on the top lash line, go with the liquid. Do not use liquid on the bottom. It can get in your eye and irritate it. Pencil is good on the lower lid or if you want a softer look on top.

I like both. Pencils give a softer look, while liquid liners give a more dramatic effect. However, I only use a liquid liner if the tip is made out of sturdy material, like sponge. It makes the liner much easier to apply!

Pencil,I've tried liquid eyelner but its a pain and for some reasom my eyes start watering like crazy and thats even worse
so to be on the safe side stick to pencil.

The liquid .....
for the upper part of Eyes and pencil of the lower part ...but Pencil is the best thing to keep wid you

Well I prefer penil anyday.
I think though liquid is good for the upper part of your eye and pencil for the bottom

Pencil : Glimmerstick by Avon is the best eyeliner I have ever used compared to the expensive ones from Lancome and Estee Lauder, it is waaaayyy better.
Liquid eyeliner runs and hate the mess. I don't trust that any where near my eyes!!!

pencil u can control it very well when applying it and it lasts more also I think the liquid gives a dramatic look
