I tried to frame it with couple different frames. However, after hanging up for couple days, it always appeares to have some air pop or curl up in the middle. What is the best way to frame a poster? How can I straighten it and stay that way inside the frame?

If it's an awesome poster. Like one that is or could be worth money someday, then I would take it to like Michaels or somewhere to have it framed by someone who knows what to do. If not I would try laying the poster out on the floor and place something that is heavy enough to make sure the poster is flat for at least an hour or two. Then try framing it. or you can also try a photo mat. Either way... Good Luck.

Not sure what sort of frame you are trying, but several I've seen on the market for movie poster size are little more than a board with a plexi cover sheet and plastic side frame clips...they may not flatten and protect your poster.

Gotta agree with the others, get a pro to frame it. It may cost more, but it's worth it. The one thing you don't want to do is have the one-sheet dry mounted, particularly if it's valuable. While it solves creases and bubbling, for many collectors, this takes away from the poster truly being a "poster". However, their are mounting techniques where the poster is trapped between glass and foam-board with good metal frames that work.

I agree, get a professional shop to do, it for you. It's well worth the money, as you will be able to look at it, and enjoy it, when it's well done.
I bought a couple of standard off the wall frames for posters, and they did very well for me.Most framing stores, have both available. Visit one and check out the cost differences.
