A little of both. I wouldn't want to be remembered being too serious, and a chuckle is always nice. But nothing that'll make someone roll on the floor in pain. Like 'Don't try to outdo me, I've already done everything.' or something like that.

So live, that when thy summons comes to join
The innumerable caravan which moves
To that mysterious realm, where each shall take
His chamber in the silent halls of death,
Thou go not, like the quarry-slave at night,
Scourged to his dungeon, but, sustained and soothed
By an unfaltering trust, approach thy grave
Like one who wraps the drapery of his couch
About him, and lies down to pleasant dreams.

I'd rather not have my body taking up space in a human landfill, but at my funeral I hope they cremate my body on a funeral pyre Native American style and play the climax of Stravinsky's The Firebird

Neither I will be cremated. No stone. I have no intentions of wasting good money on a coffin that I will not be able to enjoy or a stone.

Here lies a great man who had intregrety, was a good father who brought up his kids in the admonition of the Lord, who can go before the presence of the Lord with Jesus saying, "Well done..."

How about just a name, after all you just rot in the coffin anyhow and I would perfer not to even have a head stone,if I had my way I would just be buried in the ground and forgotten, best way to end it all.
