Wash in hot water. Dry in hot dryer.
The hotter you can get them; the more the shirt will shrink.

It depends ont he material. %100 cotton shrinks very easily if washed on the hottest setting and dryed on the highest setting as well. As for other materials, wash it on hot and dry it on the highest two times.

Buy a sizr you like, know it fits like a charm, love it. Then get it home and wash it. It will shrink.

wash in hot water and dry on high heat. check to make sure its not pre shrunk fabric...it will tell you on the tag.
