Gosh, I saw a lot of kinda scary things on here. Just remember most of these people, myself included, are not Dr.'s or nurses. The only way to really have some peace of mind is to let your practitioner know you are concerned. If this is your first child, the "dropping" sensation that is commonly referred to is the baby's head settling down into the pelvis. This does NOT have to happen for you to have a successful labor and delivery and commonly doesn't happen if this child number 2 or more. Please do not try nipple stimulation without the doctor or midwife's knowledge as this releases oxytocin, a powerful natural hormone produced during labor and can bring on intense contractions. (I know sounds like a pretty good idea right about now huh?) Remember to relax, breathe, and TRUST YOUR BODY/INSTINCT!... If you feel like something is wrong then ask your health care provider to explain it to you in even more detail even if you have already asked! They don't mind! (and I promise you won't be pregnant for a year!)

Exercise. Sex will help speed things along too. Nipple stimulation.
You don't necessarily have to *drop* before you go into labor though. Some first time mom's drop weeks before labor, others drop partway through labor. It's not something that needs to be rushed, and it can only happen when baby is in the perfect position to settle into the pelvis.

Honey, you need to relax and just call the doctor. You're asking wayyy too many questions here. Everything will turn out fine. Most doctors would want to induce around now, but call yours to see when you should go in. Good Luck!

orgasm with a vibe or a tongue or some easy slow sex from behind so its not too vigorus the uterus contracts from an orgasm and thats the same motion as birth so ask for some head or a touch or do it alone get a little vibe finger and have fun trying to get the contractions

I heard intercourse with orgasm will make labor quicker. I am not being perverted, I learned this in nursing school.
I heard orgasm causes uterine contractions and intercourse lubes and loosens things up.
