Would you tell your best friend that you think the person she's in love with (dating only) is not right for her. Flirts with others (a lot).
Or let her discover it it on her own because I think it won't work out anyway????

i feel that, if they are really your friend... then they should be able to accept your perception of reality and at least listen to what you have to say. if they are your friend... what you say could, or should be important enough to listen to; not nessesarily agree with. it's okay to: agree to disagree! you might just be right, but it's not your business to impose your feelings on someone, but if you care for someone, then it should be okay to at least warn them! if they take it the wrong way... you don't own that. you said your piece. if they get mad; apologize and step back. you've done the best you could do! peace-out, Saint Gillian.

If you notice the things that he does like flirting, trust me, she notices them to. She is probably already aware of these faults. I wouldn't come out and say "Hey I don't think he is the one" Just talk to her about what she wants from a partner. Maybe she will realize it on her own if she already hasn't. Or perhaps she thinks he is the one. Not to be harsh, but it is her decision. Just be there for her no matter what happens and if she asks for your opinion just be honest with her.

Do not tell her. If she thinks that she's in love, then she has already made her decision, and will ignore any input that you give. It will only hurt your friendship. If someone told you that your significant other "was not right" for you, do you think you'd listen?

Anyway, it should be her decision to decide who is right for her.

I would express your conerns to her.. but then stay out of the situation.

Sometimes people need to see it for themselves before they can believe it.

If she knows he is like this, and it doesn't seem to bother her, then it shouldn't bother you.
