Yes!!!!! and if not legal, it should be decriminalized...and by the way...I am an ex smoker and so is my fiance. I'm a stay at home mom and he's worked for 11 years. So, can't hold down a job? I dont think so. There are a lot of good that can come out of marijuana being legal. A lot of medical disorders such as ADHD, eating disorders, insomnia, depression etc. that would benifit from marijuana. I know that when I suffered from severe depression, it helped me to smoke a joint. A lot of money would be lost if marijuana was legal. Just because someone smokes pot, that doesn't make them a loser. The real losers are those that judge people for smoking it. Seriously, alcohol and tobacco are much more harmful than marijuana. Why should pot be illegal while alcohol and tobacco are legal? thats not right

YES YES YES Take a look at, oh, let's say SWEDEN...The countries with such flexible laws are the most economically stable, and the lower crime rate. We here in the US are CRAZY for not legalizing the weed now! Just maybe we can save some of the younger kids from the harder stuff by legalizing marijuana-it might sound far-fetched, but it just might work!

It was only illegalized to oppress Mexican-Americans, African-Americans, and young people. Today it serves the same purpose for our government. Alcohol results in thousands of drunk-driving deaths a year. Marijuana- if not none, very few. Impossible to overdose. Nature's best medicine. So hell yes.

It would drive the illegal sellers out of business. Gov't regulated it might be safer. And is supposed to be less harmful than either Booze or tobacco is.
Im a libertarian so by default I say yes. Too much money is wasted fighting a item that is barely dangerous and worse fighting it makes black market sales lots of profit.
