the nursing Director asked me questions then at the end she told me Good-Luck as I was leaving does this mean I don't get in Nursing School?

It means nothing. You had a panel interview. They are reviewing their candidiates to see who is a good fit for the program. Were you appropriately dressed? Were you well spoken? Did you "look" like a nurse? Do they think you have the disposition for the profession? That's what they were doing, see if you were a good fit and a good recruit to be a nurse.

Do yourself a favor and drop each of those panel members a little follow up "thank you for your time, I enjoyed meeting you and learning more about the program" sort of note or email. That says a lot about your attention to detail (you can find out their names by calling the department secretary if you don't remember who interviewed you).

I am an LPN, and Ithe same thing happened at my interview a few years ago. Great career choice by the way, I love my job! I also wish you Good Luck!!!
