Jihad is a struggle or a fight. It ranges from an individual to a group of people. An individual can experience Jihad- a struggle within themselves to overcome something, whether it be a physical or spiritual problem. You can fight for the cause of Allah, but do not trangress limits (basically when the news reports Islamic Jihad, they are using the term wrong).

Can't be called a holy war, it's a war again so called "infidels", those that are involved in this war are not holy and not fighting a holy cause, there's nothing religious about killing innocent people. In the Muslim world, the jihad are simply people fighting for a cause, they are calling it religious but it's not. Religion is a justification for their actions (in their minds)

jihad is like saudi arabia flight school, where they dont teach you to land.

jihad is like how you walk into a US checkpoint strapped with plastic explosive and you just feel the islam starting to burn inside you..
