under annulment, none. It's the only and best way to get rid of a blood sucker, gold diggin, slug of a man.

This is why it's so IMPORTANT to CHOOSE WISELY.
How long did you DATE?
How long were you engaged?
No... you can't get it annulled unless you didn't have sex with him and can prove it.
I'd say... start the process of divorce. And yes... he will likely get 1/2 the value of your house. AS you will be entitled to 1/2 his assets... but I'm guessing this guy is a DEADBEAT... and has nothing... so... basically ... HE WINS and YOU LOSE.
See? I figured that out in 45 seconds. How long did YOU think about this... before marrying him?

Love it's only being 4 months, sometime you got to give it time to see where it leads. When my husband and I got married I thought it was a mistake, but with the help of God we been togather for 8 year in this month. Ask yourself this, Is he good to you? Do he show you love?Is he there for your ever needs?Just think about it, my be be giving up a good man ( if he is).

In my state you have a year to get it annulled. Hope you have learned your lesson. Freedom is a beautiful thing isn't it? Get out and restart your life!! This is just a setback...Be glad you didn't waste any more of your time on this jackass. I know plenty of people who live in marriage misery for years and years...how sad.

I'm coming in late to this question and I can't believe all the jokers giving so-called legal advice here.
My suggestion is to start at with the reference librarian of your local library or (law library if your town has one) to get started. If you live in a smaller town and it would be embarrassing to talk in person, just phone them. They are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and will set you out on the correct path.
Good luck dear, trust your heart and you will do well.

He has no rights to your home at all.About an annulment I have no idea. That depends on an attorney's advice.I do know the quicker you get him out.The better.
