In 80 years of age naturally they search for the people who can spend time with them. So i suggest u to spend full day with her and arrange for a special food, some good jokes and memories. I think this could be more sufficient to her.

Make her something! Older people tend to love things that were made especially for them, It makes them feel special. You could write her a poem or make her a card. Or maybe even make her favorite dessert.
