Since the day your found out you were pregnant your first priority should have been your baby. Seven months later, your baby still isn't your first priority. It sounds like you're having this child to get state money? Either way, you're not fit to be a good mother.
Do the baby a favor and give him/her up for adoption after it's born. There are many loving and wonderful people out there who will be great parents to this baby.

Girl I know a person whose doctor told her it was okay as long as it wasn't being abused because she had lost almost 18 pounds in the first few months. If you look up research they have NEVER found a valid harm on babies. They did a research in Jamaica with 10 (of each) sob. women and women on Mary Jane and did tests and labs on Their newborn baby and th only different from the babies were that the mothers who smoked had heavier babies, not bad. Other then that there wasn't a difference. Also my buddy smoked all the way up to 45 days till delivery and she was fine. AND your obgyn only drug tests you at the first visit and none after at least that is what my friends did.

The detection of Marijuana can be tricky it depends on a few variables; your metabolism, the THC level, your Body mass, and the duration from the last use.
However if you are using Marijuana while you are pregnant there are most likely other issues that they could use as justification for limiting your involvement in your child’s life.
Your best choice would be to;
A) quite using drugs and alcohol.
B) think about your unborn child and not about your instant gratification.
C) check with an Obstetrician to see if you have already cause damage to your child however it is most likely to early to tell at this point.

It takes 30 days for the pot to get out of your system. If you stopped at 7 months then it wont be in your system when you give birth.
They say that a doctor can tell if a woman did do drugs while pregnant just by looking at the placenta.
They can tell if it is healthy or not but you should be fine if you stopped.
Good luck

im sure they know when u give them urine at ur checkups....
i doubt they will take the baby, although if you are selfish enough to smoke marijuane while pregnant and risk harming your innocent unborn child, how could you possibly DESERVE the right and responsibility of raising that child. you would think that if you are uncaring enough to be doing that during your pregnancy, it would be a blessing for you to not be hounded with a screaming infant. while some are trying everything possible to have a baby, your trying to hurt yours.

The doctors will know by your urine drug screen and you may have to go through counsel but as long as you can provide the care and safety of the infant, you should be able to keep your child.

a girl i know smoked all during her pregnancy. the baby is very slow developmentaly. if you care at all about your baby or its future, you'll stop now. If it's too late, you need to give the baby up for adoption cause its obvious you don't care about the baby at all.

You should be very carefully. That can really harm teh baby. It is likely that they may take the baby and by the sounds of it you may not be a fit parent.

my cuzin smoked during each of her 4 pregnancies and her kids are fine. I dont know how often she did it though. I don't think they'll be able to tell just by looking so don't worry. Unless they test your blood or urine you're fine.
