I understand a little when I am not with him (with my friends) that he wants me to wear shorts over my bikini bottoms, so people arent checking me out when he isnt around... Well we recently made plans to go to a waterpark and I went out and baught myself a cute new bikini. Well while talking about our trip, he says " I hope you are wearing shorts over that" .. what the heck I am going to be with him !!.. he says he doesnt want guys checking my *** out, but hello girls are going to be checking him out to.. i just dont get him... what can i say to him to make him understand why he shouldnt be this way? thank you.. we are a young couple by the way.

Guys in my experience always have something they dont want other guys checking out on their women. Ask him what his problem is. And tell him other than the fact that guys are gawking over something that they cant have and is ALL his, what his problem is. You are still a human being with your own rights. You arent hitting on these guys. And well its your body. He is making you change for him. Im sure he doesnt like it when you try to change things about him. Either way....bikini bottom or shorts. Guys are still going to check out your butt. Just be nice about it and tell him that you really want to be able to wear what you want because its more compfortable for you. And maby try and compromise.

OK you ask for a real answer. here goes. He is an insecure and jealous boy. Real men won't behave like this. he should be proud of you and feel good if someone is checking you out. Not in a perverted way but in a proud way. Your hot, he knows it. Your with him, he should know it and also know your not going to leave him for a guy who likes your sexy ***.

if he was this way before you two got married, then he probably won't change.
my husband was the same way... i could only wear certain things because i wasn't supposed to "show" what i had... and i don't even mean wearing a bikini.
he should be proud to be with you if other guys are checking you out and be secure enough in his relationship to not even think twice about it.
please do not let him continue to do this to you.. cause this is just the beginning.. believe me.. i've been there.. done it... about to get a divorce!!

jealousy sucks..... remind him that one of the reasons he was attracked to you was your terrific figure and you need to feel good about yourself. His being too controlling will stifle your relationship. Suggest going skinny dipping with a group of friends. Not seriously, but after that your bikini will seem like an overcoat.

I say if you have the body then you should show it! tastefully ofcourse! your husband seems a little possesive! and he needs to relax! he should be proud of your good looks and as a man should show off his pretty wife! if he keeps acting like this you'll get to the point of wanting to act out to make him mad!! goodluck andhave fun at the park! lol

He sounds controlling. He has no right to tell you to not wear a bakini. Who cares if guys are checking you out, thats just what guys do. They will do it no matter what and he needs to chill out. Just because they are checking you out doesn't mean you are going to have sex with them. You need to talk to him about his control issues!

He should not tell you what to wear at all. But, maybe you can find you a cute one piece. I don't like hearing that a man feels like it is his place to tell his wife what she should or should not wear. Controlling!!! Good luck with your PROBLEM.
