You can take a look at a poodle skirt pattern here: http://sewing.about.com/library/weekly/aapoodleskirt.htm

and you can find the pattern at a large public library. They will probably have you copy it, instead of letting you take the actual tissue pattern.

you might be able to find one on the internet, but really, poodle skirts are a big circle. Measure around your waist, measure how long you want the skirt to be, (add a couple inces for the hems) and cut a circle of fabric. Hem the top and bottom, and add a design (ice cream cones are different but still super cute!). Adult dont grow too much so elastic shouldn't be necessary. You can also add belt loops and wear a sparkly belt. I'm no expert, but this is the easiest way I've heard to make them. Good luck!

Anywhere that sells sewing patterns, really. I know Joann's Fabrics carries them. Your local WalMart might, but only if they have a decent crafts department. The more urban ones don't tend to.

Or, you can get it right from Simplicity for $10.95.

I'm not sure but if you read the pet section in here you will learn i have a standerd F poodle.She likes to be beuitiful all the time.So when you start desighning please let me know.Seriously..
