It's unofficial - but the Chicago GLBT theatre scene. It's amazing! And the breeders even see the plays without realizing what the underlying themes are.

Dykes on Bikes. They are sort of limited to just the L, but they really stand out whenever they are in a parade.

Youth Resource at the moment because they help youth and have ways to make your voice heard. You know, pride in who you are, and all that jazz.
