How can i convince my younger sister to stop feeling jealous over me and my boyfriend for 3 years?

tell her that she'll find her boyfriend when the right time comes and there's no need to feel jealous over you and your bf. Though it's reasonable to feel jealous sometimes when she sees you two being so closed. try not to show up in front of her that's better.
