I know this gold-digger has been using my name & ss# for years & just when I thought I could catch her, she files for divorce & moves to Hawaii! How could I get some proof? Don't say ask him-we don't talk & he never honored the divorce judgement from 1990. I so want to see her butt in jail, but I need proof & ideas! Help please.

Notify the Social Security Administration....the address is...
Social Security Administration
Baltimore, Maryland
Explain, in detail, and photostat any charges against your credit cards for which you were billed for. Ask your local Social Security office for advise and inquire about a new Social Security number linked up with your existing one, so, as not to loose any benefits you have already paid for.
Call the credit card company that is billing you for any listed item that you know you did not purchase and ask for the name and address of where you made that purchase. Contest the purchase and if necessary get a new credit card and explain to the credit card company your predictment.
What happened to you happens to many people who have had their credit cards lost and/or stolen. Keep as few credit cards as possible and keep track of all your purchases by placing your billing statements into a box or bag and save them for at least a year...
What you are talking about is a crime. There is no need for you to investigate or hire anyone. Take all of your existing information regarding what you believe to be true and notify the Attorney Generals Office, the Better Business Bureau and the F.B.I., and, as an added touch, you might want to speak to a detective within your precinct for additional advise.
The matter of you being ripped off may be the work of anyone or more than one person. Do not remain silent on the issue. You are the victim of a crime. Notify the authorities, ASAP.
Good luck...My addy is marnefirstinfantry@yahoo.com

It's all traceable but it will take time and some money. You'll need to track purchases or claims to her whereabouts and that takes effort. Report it immediately and let the banks and insurance companies do some of the work too. Be sure to notify the SS Administration. Eventually, she'll get burned.... Good luck!

Get a PI if you can afford one because the more evidence you have proving that this woman was stealing your identity, the better your chances will be in a court. No doubt she was a sloppy gold digger, so the evidence is out there to be found for sure!!

Get a Private Investigator in Hawaii to track her down, follow her and do an audit trail of her transactions. After the PI gathers the evidence, call the police.

First off all you don't want to do it for revenge ( I know you do) however you know what I mean, what you could always do is hire a Private Investigator although some may be expesive some may not be and messing with your identity is no laughing matter, do what ever you need to do to stop her with in the law of course.. good luck with it

Have you gotten a copy of your credit report? That's the best way to dispute any problems-and if they find it to be fraud they can help prosecute. That's really crappy someone would do that but why would you wait so many years? Good luck to you and I hope you get the results your looking for.
