well math will tell where do you live? year round use i mean then like if you use it every other weekend so like 20 times a year and what 6 hrs a time would be like 700 hrs for 6 yrs sounds right even every weekend for 6 hrs would be 1800 so here is a starting point for your perches but maintenance is a big factor a high use should have the oil changed more than once a year/session and does it have any trick parts like hop up **** this can be a clue to an abused ski

Above me some good information. It depends on many factors. Most Boats/Jet-skis not get used much in a season. People working and also, can not go to the lake every weekend. So, a person who has a lake house may have more hours than a person who lives 60/50 miles/kilometers from the lake. How well it been maintained, as stated, has much to do with its condition more then hours may. In a weekend a person could put 20 hours on for two days, so, @ every weekend in a summer it may only have 400-500 hours a year. All I can really say. I look for a good fair price according to age. IF, it seem to be to clean, Start easy, run smooth it most likely in pretty good shape.

In reality most people will do maybe 6-10 week-ends a summer, and realistically 4-6 actual hours on a weekend.
50% of the PWC's in that age range would have 200-300 hours, another 30% even less. There are not many private owners that put that many hours on, maybe a rental, but not a private owner.
And 20 hours a week end?, that's not at all realistic. If your knees can take 20 hours in a weekend your not really having that much fun... :-)
