He has been listening to other people - I've worked hard for 11 years to build the business - I work 50-60 hours per week. My business I love. If we do split what can I do to protect myself. I am also working hard on keeping the relationship, but I need to be protected if the worse happens.

I suggest you go ahead and lay the ground work with an attorney to protect your assests before he does.
Contact a family law attorney and he will be able to guide you. No matter how many answer you get, it is all going to come down to what is presented to a judge in the event you should be divorced. A family law attorney will assist you, look for a attorney that offers free counsel session.

get a lawyer n have them look into it.u should at least be able 2 split 50/50 all the marital assets.
