I think you could get them at Home Depot or at a material yard.

try a car wash alot of there stuff comes in thoes drums i got some for 10.00$ each
and cut them in half so we could slide roofing to the dump truck

they have smaller ones at home depot for sump pits. have you considered extra large garbage cans?

look at country feed stores,i know ours sell them and country hardware stores!
