Not possible. The one which contains more mass may be able to leach matter from the smaller one if it is close enough. All of the matter from the smaller one must pass the EVENT HORIZON of the larger one. No two stars ever actually touch, but may rob matter from one of smaller mass.

If they were real this would happen. But maybe there is a different force that keeps galaxies from spinning apart. Something that doesn't have to have "infinite" somewhere in the equation to help it along. You know, like how blackhole singularities have infinite density. Ridiculous.
Read up on the Electric Universe buddy. It makes much more sense.

They would merge into a single blackhole. The black hole that had the highest mass would win the tug of war.

technically, black holes are large concentrations of mass, meaning that the gravity that that mass implies makes it spherical. So they cant be facing each other. If they were to enter each other's orbit, they would colide, creating one, larger blackhole

This is what happens when two galaxies collide. Their black holes merge creating a Super Massive Black Hole. This is what is expected when Andromeda collides with the Milky Way.

They would probably swirl in towards each other until they combine. As they do, they will produce massive gravity wave ripples though spacetime.

To pose another questions. When the larger black hole inhales the smaller black hole wouldn't the larger black hole become smaller because of the greater mass. Or would the smaller black hole actually be the larger black hole and therefore eat the larger looking black hole?

They combine their cores and become a bigger black hole. They'd both probably move through space until they touch, then all hell breakes loose. Bigger one moves slower probably. By bigger, I mean the more matter filled one.

i dunno... probably the strongest of the black hole will suck in the other one and it will join and become more stronger that we dont even want to think off.... all hell will be released and our miliky well just say that our solar system will be in the black hole....
