I hate to tell you, but unless the state you live in has a specific law that can be applied, you do not stand a Chance right now. When she gets tired of paying for high speed Internet access, and catches him with another girl. Maybe. Oh, let's not forget the PlayStation and Xbox he gets for services rendered. Sounds harsh, please don't take it that way. Why? Been there, done that, got the bills to prove it. Best of luck.
Read a few of these answers and you will see that it is futile. Promiscuity is the badge of honor in the 21st Century.

Ok.. this is a toughy. I would just try to support him. If he see's that you are not liking this relationship then he will want it all the more. As hard as it is do your best to try to accept "them" and include them in as much as you can. That way he will not be out to hurt you.... In the mean time maybe you can try talking with her... get to know her... See if maybe you can find something in common to build a friendship on. But remember.. the more you try to pull them apart the closer that is going to bring them.... its the age doing that! Good luck! And try to keep stong. You have to be strong during this!
I agree with the others, if he is not close to being 18 I would put her in jail and get him home.. but that will not help the relationship between the two of you. If you want to work on the relationship...(I am assuming you do) then do not do the jail thing...

He is your son and only 17. You raise him and you had him in your belly for 9 months so now bring him back by his ears and tell him that he need to realize the mistake he is doing. If he decided already to be with her not with you guys then tell him he can't come back to his family, and when he gets hurt not to come cryin to you. But yeah forgive him and everything but not at that minutes let him burned for he don't do it again. YOU are his mother as his mother you have the right to tell her to leave him alone and she 21 she practically raped him.
GOOD LUCK.

Just be supportive. He wont leave until he comes to realize its a mistake and the more you tell him its a mistake the more stubborn he will be not to leave.

sounds about right!
If you've not educated him, before she got her hands on him... it's too late now!
The best you can hope for is that she burns out on him.
