Defenestration.

And if they don't die the fist time and you have to defenestrate them again, then it is redefenistration.

=====

Defenestration has become popular as a term for switching from MS Windows to Linux or another operating system

That could greatly depend on what floor the window is on.
If it's on the first floor, it could be simply throwing someone
out of a window, or it could be assault and battery.
If it's on the 44th floor, they tend to take a different view
of that, and they tend to call it things like murder and manslaughter.

I suppose we could go a little further and say throwing
someone out the window is ventilating them, or more
appropriate would be just venting them. I don't think you
can say you have "invented" them....

So, are you asking for future reference, or has the someone already been "vented?"
