i asked a question that was in violation of the rules,does anyone really think that i thought id get anything?

i really wasnt soliciting because nunber one i new when i asked it nobody would really do it,so the question is was it really a violation,how could it be,that wasnt near as bad as some of trhe lame questions ive seen
