I'm looking at two of them and they look the same (4 door, same power) but their on the internet so I don't know if Im missing something.

SD means S-class (W126 probably) and D alone means E-class (W124 probably).

So if quoted correctly, the SD would be the bigger and more comfortable model. Comparing pictures you'd see the difference.

Both cars are the same except the SD is considered the limo ride because the back seat passengers have 4" extra inches leg space. 123 body style is considered the best car ever built by numerous master mechanics.

From what I've heard its the suspensions. I'm not too sure on this but I think the SD has a more cushioned ride then the D
