i don't think that is a matter of age but a matter of how close you two are emotionally. you'll know when you're ready.

Its really not a good idea to have sex unless you're married. Even if you don't believe its WRONG, you can get in some trouble that way if you don't use protection, not to mention the new cases of STDs occurring every day.
Most people tend to get married between ages 20-25.

A good age to do sex with your girlfriend is the day when you exchange your lifelong wedding vows.
Even if you do have premarital sex, you run the risk of pregnancy (yes, even with a condom), diseases, and even death. Is it really worth it? Imagine having to tell your future wife that you contracted genital herpes or HIV or have to support a baby or (fill in any possibility).

The best age is that age you are on the evening after you've married her. Unless she is nothing more than an sex object that means nothing to you except to give you pleasure at her expense, don't treat her like an interchangeable sex object.
