um why did my hair jsut as sumemr came go from black to blonde on my arms and stuff? is cuz of swimming too much how do i fix it

the sun bleaches your arm hair blonde, by winter it'll change back. what ever you don't dye it, you'll end up dying your skin too.

Why would you want to have black arm hair? It'll fix itself as it grows back in.

It's from the sun and chlorine and you can't fix it.... You would think you would want it blonde it looks better.

it might be cause pools have a lot of chlorine...
im not sure if you can fix it...or it could be some weird puberty stuff...
