if the dirt is visible it is best to get it out. other than that normally it makes it worse.

Yes, they rippen and burst on their own. You can buy what's called an extractor from any drug store, Sephora, or Ulta. It looks like a dental device,but it allows you to rupture the zit and actually get all of the puss out, so that it doesn't become reinfected. It's most important that you use a sunscreen everyday of at least 15spf twice a day. So that you're not scared for life. G'luck

YES if you pop them the skin will scar underneath leaving a red or purple mark that will last FOREVER. if you have oily skin try puttig a little rubbing achol on the pimple before bed

Popping them could leave scars, even if you don't see them shortly after doing it, you will later. They'll be better off if you let them go on their own... wash your face and keep oil off of it as much as you can... and take your makeup off before bed and stuff.

Try not to pop them...it could leave scars or make them worse. She leave them and apply some benzol peroxide over night. Good luck!

how long they will affect your life usually depends on your heritage...
try Proactive Solution, it worked great for me & I still use it!
