If it is very young, as in still needing to nurse from its mother, your best bet would be to call a local wildlife sanctuary and let an experienced licensed rehabber care for the chipmunk. They typically will use a milk replacer made specifically for rodents. Sometimes it is best to tube them at a very young age to limit the amount of stress that bottle feeding can cause.
If you just found the chipmunk, the best thing to do is put some soft cloth in a shoe box (that has ventilation) and place the box on a heating pad set on low. After that , call a rehabber or wildlife sanctuary to get some help.
