NO. Too many crimes in New York City. If you want to live in a place with no crimes in it, consider living in Westfield, NY. Westfield, NY is one of the village in the USA that is crime-free, because police patrols the street and easy to catch criminals, thus makes the village much safer to live. Also police has greater numbers than the village, so that's why crimes don't happen.
