I got offered 2 jobs, one is at american eagle. I want to work there, but Im not sure how much they pay per hour, and the hireing manager wont be in for a few days so I cant find out till then, meanwhile this other job wants me to start tomorrow so i dont know...

I guess this answer is too late, but it is acceptable to start one job first, and then switch later. Your employer would have no hesitation to fire you if it was in his best interest, and you also have the right to do what is in your own best interest.

I would say take the first job, and if you find the other is better, take it. There is always a chance that when employment manager returns, he will change his mind. You are better to take what you have now. You are not prevented from making a change for the better later.
