Why doesn't Britney Spears take responsiblity for the poor actions she made as a mother?

Question

On the NBC special tonight Britney did an interview to "stop all the rumors" and she was aked about all the bad choices she made with her son like having him sit on her lap while driving on a freeway;however she never once took responsilitiy for her actions. Instead, she chose to blame other people and not herself. Now I know people make bad decisions and this NBC special was meant to stop people from leaving her alone. But really all this special did was make her look worse than she did before. Take some damn responsility. Just say "Yes I made a mistake and it will not happen again" instead of "the paprazzi made me do it!" or whatever else excuses she made...really I lost count. Stop blaming other people Britney!

Yes! Was anyone else distracted by the huge mascara clump?

I am not saying she is a bad mother..and I do believe moms make mistakes; however she should take responsiblity for her actions. Nuff said.

She's just a new mom, and she doesn't have it all figured out yet... but every mom is defensive about their mothering skills. I suppose her defensiveness is understandable.

On a different note, I was incredibly distracted by a giant mascara clump on her right eye.

I actually felt sorry for her. (I hate Britney Spears) Had it ever occur to you that she is going through a rough time right now. It's bad enough trying to go through it, but to have people telling the world about it has to be rough. Just because she is celebrity, it doesn't mean she has to set an example on how to be a "perfect" parent. She made mistakes like all mothers do. That is the real world. I don't think she was blaming her problems on everyone else. I think she was just tried of people making quick judgments on her, especially since it's not really are business on how she lives her life anyway.

I'm on the wire with this question. I kinda feel sorry for her and on the other hand I don't. I can respect the fact that she wants her privacy and I agree that regardless of her celeb status, she should have her privacy. I mean look at the extreme measures that celebs have to take or go through just to get some peace and privacy. They are human just like us. I do think that the paparazzi have gone a bit too far as usual. Those people are just evil !!!!!! Leave Britney and Sean alone already and go stalk Jessica and Nick...

I feel that the paparazzi have gone to far in the way the have totally invaded her life. I feel that any young mother is going to make mistake that's just part of being a mother. The difference is that her mistakes are showcased for all the world to see. And any true mother that can stand and say that they have never made a mistake I say that she is a liar! Let she without sin cast the first stone!!!

Well first of all I think its really stupid that she should have to do a tv special to clear the air. Its really none of our business. I wish the media would start focusing on more important matters and let Britney live her life. It's her life! Im so tired of the media invading these people lives. If you ask me the paparazzi shouldn't have been there hounding her in the first place. They need to get a life and let Britney live hers with her family. Geez give the girl some respect. Shes a person first and foremost.

I watched the special and agree that she didn't really take blame for anything. Bad things do happen sometimes, and the camera guys are always right there waiting to see what they can catch her doing. I believe that she has made a few mistakes, but she shouldn't be called a bad mother for it...everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but with her it seems like she always does b/c that's all the magazines show.

She thinks she owns the world and everyone loves 'Britney'. She need to get her head out of her a*s and grow up. When she 1st started in that biz I liked her (1st CD only). But now, she's a total whore. Yes, she's hot but having a good personality makes a woman beautiful and she's not beautiful.
She's too irresponsible to have kids and I heard she's pg again (hope not). She's warped and needs to come back down to Earth from her high life.
She's lost me as a fan many years ago and more will follow.

Lol it particularly is easily no longer actual they positioned 2 clips at the same time one million of Tyra shouting at a woman on "united statesa.'s next properly suited style" and yet another of Britney crying from yet another teach/time,they switched in between the two and a Britney became dealing with one million way and Tyra became dealing with yet another made it appear like they have been the two at the same time that's infact untrue and that they are the two at diverse events. in spite of the indisputable fact that I do thiink it became o.k. prepare.

I saw it..and I know she was defensive..but really she hasn't had what most people refer to as a "normal" life. I felt sorry for her throughout the interview..but I do sense that her marriage isn't all she says.
I am sure all parents have done careless things..but weren't caught on tape. It doesn't mean she is abusive though. I won't buy tabloid magazines anymore because I see what they perpetuate.

I was sort of hoping for an actual question, as you seem to have your own opinion. Remember, she's a high-visibility Hollywood persona who has to make herself look good, because that's how she makes her many millions of dollars. I'm sure she still wants to be seen as she looks on the cover of her 1st album (or something like that), which isn't attainable.
