I just filled out fin. aid forms for summer 05-06 and 06-07 full year
I can't find the forms right now but I did find the phone #
call 1 800 433 3243 it is the fed stud. aid info. center you can talk to real person, and then they can give the web site to you, you can also get the forms if you want to hand fill out at your local college.

as long as you meet the financial need requirements and have never defaulted on a student loan, you should be able to. also, i know that they don't allow fin. aid for people w/prior drug arrests. any further questions should be directed to your college's fin. aid office. it's need-based, not past credit based.
