I used to drink instant coffee, since I started using coffee grounds my pimples on my chest and back are getting worse.... Please help on how to get rid of them without stopping to drink coffee.

I have never heard of this, but come to think of it coffee beans are very oily from the roasting process...it could be possible. Use Noxema or some kind of skin topical, or go back to instant coffee.
