i have windows xp service pack 2 im trying to download explorer 7 beta it will not downnload it goes through all the process then it says can not be downloaded.

Any time a program is in Beta testing, there will be problems. That's why it's still in Beta..... to see what it will or won't do. Personally, I won't install anything that's in Beta and I usually wait at least 6 months after it comes out of Beta testing before I'll install it. Gives real world folks a chance to find all the bugs the lab missed.

Do you ahve Windows XP with Service Pack 2? And it is a legal copy? Because if you don;t have either one that is a big problem in Microsoft's eyes. And yet again it is still in Beta and may not be working with some programs on your system already.

If it is not downloading, then you have an internet connection problem. It may be that it is not installing. It is hard to tell what the problem is without the exact error message.

do you have an illegal copy of windows? if you can't pass the validation it won't let you download anything

Did you XP SP2 is genuine one?
